Do i have grounds for a medical law suit?

please excuse the grammer i am furious and dont feel like trying... ok so my daughter was born on may 30th she was 5 weeks premature and she was a footling breach meaning she was coming out feet first. my wife had to have an emergency c section and the baby's feet had to be pulled from my wifes cervix. in doing this the babys legs were severly bruised to the point where it concerned me and i noticed she would cry when they were touched when we changed her. i brought this up to every doctor and nurse i talked to and they assured me that i was over reacting and there was nothing to worry about. we were at two different hospitals and i overheard a doctor say to another doctor that they were thinking on doing xrays on her legs but nothing ever came from it. i asked them again will you be doing xrays they said no. sop last night i noticed she doesnt want to straighten one leg and i straightned it myself and when i did she starting screaming. we went to the emergency room where they did an xray and we find out that there very well could of been a break in her leg. and now we will be seeing another doctor monday that will know more any help on this would be great i think the two hospitals were way in the wrong it was almost like they were too lazy to bother with an xray to make sure she was ok...i mean her legs were black for $#&@ sakes.
