Is this a good way to start a book?

Well, I'm not trying to crush any dreams here, but a lot of these sentences don't even make sense. They're just long strings of phrases with vague meaning and random capital letters, but I can't find the point. If your bro is really young, then okay, there's potential. But if this is the work of a teenager or something... Well, there's no harm writing for fun. ;)
