Help me decide on a graphic Tablet?

I want to use it for graphic design and art, drawing, etc. I've done some research, and found that Wacom's Bamboo series seems good. However I don't know which model to get; Pen, or Pen and Touch? (Or if any other are good but those are in my price range, and I don't need a super professional model). I don't really understand whats sop "touch" about the pen and touch, but it seems for what I'm going to use it for that the Pen model is all that's needed, but I don't know if the "touch" features are a nice addition and are recommended. Anyone able to help me out?
