Can i grow marijuana/personanal use/org.st./i want to live in oregon state. i have heard from friends who live?

can i grow marijawana, for my personanal use in Oregon state,I have also heard from others the citizens of the state are more acceptable of other citizens differing viewpoints,is this true? the people in my home state of georgia are mostly very polite and friendly;but are very nosey and very jugementle of others. i am also a disableb war veteran and i wonderf about v.a. health care and v.a. hospital locations in the great state of Oregon. I would also like to know of Oregon information web sites.
