Got my period on my white shorts/underwear...!?

So I kinda didn't notice ALL DAY that I got my period,and my underwear and shorts are like sopped in blood. How can I get it out without my mom knowing I ruined my new clothes? I can use a washer and drier, I just don't know what to do with the clothes!
