How do I get my game to download?

I pre-ordered the new Nancy Drew game, The Captive Curse through the official site. Today I should be able to download it. But when I try I get a server error. I've tried their support section but the site wasn't helpful nor were the suggestions they sent me. I turned off pop up blockers, i ran windows updates. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
