I have a MSI KT4av motherboard can anyone suggest a budget friendly upgrade?

This is a rather old computer I put together myself, Right now it has 1gb of ram but I would like to upgrade. I don't have the cash to buy a whole new computer so upgrading motherboard, ram and video card on the cheap might be the way to go. Any suggestions?
