Is it possible for a guy and a girl to be best friends and not like each other in a dating kind of way?

Is it possible??? I LOVE my best friend, and he tells me he loves me, and that I am his (in a friendly way) and that I am too his best friend!! and I realized that he makes me the happiest girl alive.. even though we both deny that we like each other and that we are only friends, I have really deep feelings for him, and I want to know if he feels the same way about me.. he told his "brother" that he doesnt like me like that we are just friends and all that, but I have denied that I like him to many of my girl friends and other people who troll in my love life.... so is it possible that he is in love with me as well, or are we just really good friends?? I will probably never tell him that I love him in that kind of way unless it was an I will never see you again confession... however he is dating this girl, but hes only dating her because he doesnt have any choices at the moment... (he could have me, but he doesnt know I like him like that) so anyways.. what do you think??
