Is Nancy Grace writing a book about or copyrighting the phrase "Tot Mom"?

I think Nancy Grace is trying to profit from the Case Anthony trial by coining and repeating the term "tot mom" in reference to Casey Anthony. I'm interested to know if the phrase "Tot Mom" has been copyrighted.
