Laptop Spill...Worked for a month, now not?

It sounds like you've messed up the part of the keyboard that sends the signal to the rest of the computer... You can repair it by bringing it to a tech shop and asking them to fix it for you (obviously :) ) A word of advice tho, avoid brands like dell next time you buy.
