Need help to find contact information!?

Okay, so I'm not even sure if what I want to do is possible, but I was reading the book, "The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe" and there is a woman in the book named Nancy Jeffrey. She isn't famous, and is about 70 years old. I don't know anything else about her besides that she grew up in a foster home in Los Angeles, California. She was a foster child at the same time as Marilyn Monroe, and I wanted to possibly contact her and ask her a few questions. Does anyone know where I could find her contact information, such as her address, or her email address?
