Original, harmless pranks? Anybody?

Me and my friend are having a friendly prank war and I need something to do to his house next week... not the usual whipping cream on lawn, TPing, forking, I've done all that stuff. Something that's fairly quick, too - I'll be sneaking over there early in the morning and I don't want to spend too much time there in case some early-rising neighbors get interested.
