What is the schedule I have to follow for applying for admission in Fall 2012 session of US Universities?

I have taken the GRE and got a score of 1340. I have booked for a TOEFL date on Mar 29 and I am currently preparing for it. There are lot of activities I need to yet complete for the applications. Activities like writing SOP, getting Recommendation letters from university, getting bank statement and finally applying for universities. I am very nervous about the schedule I have to follow to be ready for the Fall 2012 as I dont have enough time to do anything on weekdays as I have a full time job to do. Please suggest me a schedule or time by which I should be ready with my applications for Fall 2012 term of US Universities. I know that the dates for each univ differ. But Please let me know the earliest time I could be ready with, given I am going to give TOEFL at the end of May. Help me guys
