I just cant sop eating all the "bad for you" foods in the house. i have healthy foods like fruits and veggies, but i lean to the junk... i really do want to stop eating all of it, but temptation is consuming me!! I ask my family to stop getting so much junk, but they wont stop! it's starting to make me feel like a pile of crap! i do mainly drink water, and rarely milk or soda...any suggestions?
