Why do this guy give me a handshake?

This guy gave me a handshake. He seems like the player type, but I am the only he gave the handshake to. I don't if he likes me or what, but he made up this stupid handshake. He just came up to me and gave me this like friendly type of handshake. Does he like me or what does it mean when a boy give you a handshake
